Mac really found a diamond in the ROUGH with this Waukesha home. After going on the buy call with Coach Bryan, they determined the price the seller wanted at the moment was too high, so Mac kept in touch for a few months. After calling back later, they decided it was time to let go of the property. Once Mac took ownership, Mac and Coach Nik decided that the numbers for a full rehab wouldn't work, and the better exit strategy would be a wholetail (light rehab). This was a great lesson learned of when to choose a different dispo path, and how while a rehab would be more fun (and more expensive), sometimes the best option is the easiest!
After networking with a realtor for many years, all that work finally paid off with a deal! The realtor had sellers who needed to sell ASAP, and Mac was the first person who came to mind. During this process, Mac learned a lot about contractor management and creating a scope of work. The before and after photos are a testament to what a great job Mac did on this property!
And just like that Mac locked up his final deal! This is a great little property in Wauwatosa. Mac closed on this deal while still working on his second deal. During this deal, Mac learned what it takes to juggle multiple properties at the same time, and keeping budgets, and scope of works straight. Luckily, Mac was able to get this property finished in just a few months, and now he is a graduate!
