Deal #2: Cedarburg Flip

Mary & Michael secured this deal while in the process of fixing up their first deal (pictures from that are above). What the sellers loved about Mary's offer, was the quick closing. Once they secured the property, they hit the ground running using the same contractors they worked with in previous projects. After 5 months, this beauty was done and looks FANTASTIC, no wonder this property sold for over asking. After a little over a year and a half in the program, Mary & Michael have completed their last deal. Mary used her realtor connections to find this deal. What made the sellers fall in love with Mary and her process, was flexible closing. In fact, the closing was pushed back many months in order to accommodate the sellers timeline. This was an interesting and unique deal, as the previous owners were in the middle of renovations already. This gave Mary & Michael the chance to come in and finish the project (without having to complete much demo work).

We are going to miss having Mary & Michael as a student in the program, but we are so happy to have them as graduates! After graduation, they are focusing their efforts on completed an event venue located in West Bend. Big things are coming with this power couple!
