While building your real estate business can be complex, our mentorship program streamlines your launch giving you the confidence you need to succeed. We make the process simple:

  • Onboarding Process

    Upon successful admission to our program, you will immediately gain access to our comprehensive online self-paced training course that will equip you with the skills necessary to engage with potential sellers, master the art of negotiation, and efficiently handle the requisite paperwork essential for securing deals while safeguarding your interests throughout the entire process.


    Your journey begins with an orientation call, followed by a series of weekly group coaching sessions designed to get your real estate investment business up and running quickly. You're never alone - your coaches will be with you every step of the way, and you'll find real value in your group cohort of fellow investors embarking on the same journey at the same time as you are.


    With our expert guidance in these initial group calls, you will setup your LLC, define your underlying purpose, and formulate a comprehensive strategy along with a well-crafted marketing plan. Upon completion of onboarding, you will have a fully realized business structure and a robust marketing strategy in place, priming you to begin attracting prospective leads.

  • Marketing

    We assist you in the strategic development of a comprehensive marketing plan, facilitate the selection of suitable suppliers and contractors, and guide you in generating your initial leads through dedicated efforts.


    As a fundamental component of our onboarding training, all new students actively participate in the formulation of a fully developed marketing plan. This plan is thoughtfully designed to encompass both paid advertising and proactive 'hustle' marketing initiatives. As part of your commitment to success, our program expects students to allocate a minimum monthly budget of $500 towards their marketing endeavors.

  • Acquisition

    As leads begin to materialize, we will provide you with a comprehensive education on the art of skillful deal negotiation, focusing on achieving a mutually beneficial outcome for both you and the seller.


    Prior to the commencement of your marketing initiatives, our dedicated acquisitions coaches will facilitate an extensive acquisition training program. This program includes access to online on-demand video courses and hands-on, in-person training where you will gain practical experience in seller interactions, accurate rehab cost estimation, and paperwork management.


    As the leads generated from our marketing plan start to flow in, your acquisitions coaches will collaborate with you during 'Buy Calls' with your prospective sellers. In this capacity, your coaches will serve as a trusted partner, assisting you in navigating any challenging moments with the seller and ensuring that you steer clear of any deal-jeopardizing missteps.

  • Disposition

    We collaborate closely with you to formulate and execute a comprehensive project plan designed to optimize your profitability. Our commitment to your success is underscored by the sharing of our valuable resources, a network of reliable contractors, and access to funding solutions, all tailored to ensure your journey towards success.


    Parallel to the acquisition phase, you will gain access to a multifaceted training program that encompasses both online and in-person disposition training. Upon securing an accepted offer, you will seamlessly transition to working one-on-one with our dedicated disposition coach. Together, you will craft a detailed project plan, encompassing scope of work, loan draw schedule, and a comprehensive rehabilitation timeline.


    Moreover, we take pride in offering a dedicated funding source ready to assist students in securing the necessary capital for their deals, should the need arise. Any deal approved by our seasoned coaches is guaranteed to be funded at competitive hard money rates, boasting far more favorable terms than those typically offered by conventional lenders.


    Your journey with us is marked by regular one-on-one meetings with your disposition coach, ensuring that your project's status remains under review, and that your venture stays on the path to successful completion.

  • Ongoing Support

    Over the course of the program, participants will benefit from an array of resources, including scheduled online and in-person training sessions, quarterly mastermind gatherings, and a dedicated private chat group for seamless communication with both peers and coaches.
