Ricardo & Sergio have been hustling and working in wholesaling for a few years. But after seeing how much could be made flipping, they decided to give it a shot. After joining the Milwaukee REIA Mentoring program, they have been giving it their all, and making it work.

Deal #1: Milwaukee Flip

After working hard and putting in a lot of hustle, Ricardo & Sergio found their first deal. They were able to take their knowledge from years of experience wholesaling to hustle and find this deal. After lengthy follow up with the seller, the house was theirs! A quick rehab was done, with lots of lessons learned. Not only 6 months into the program, and their first deal is done with their second on the way. Keep an eye out for this brother team taking the Milwaukee market by storm!

Deal #2: Washington Heights Flip

Before finishing their first deal, they already closed on another! The brothers had their hands full with this rehab. The main challenge they encountered was turning the existing attic into a master suite. Doing this would increase the ARV and ultimately make it a more desirable home in the neighborhood. After a long few months of the rehab process, the end result looks amazing, and the new owners couldn't be happier with the addition of the master suite!

Deal #2: Oconomowoc Light Flip

Not long after finishing up their second deal, the Garcia brothers were able to secure their third and final deal. They were able to help the seller, who was going through probate. The seller who lived roughly 3 hours away, wanted to be done with the property, and didn't want to go through the process of driving back and forth for cleaning out the property then listing it. Luckily, the brothers offered a quick closing, and the ability to leave anything behind (which the seller loved)! With this property being built fairly recently, no major work was needed. Just a quick facelift, giving the brothers some experience with what goes into a light rehab. What a great way to finish strong in the program!
