Deal #1: Brookfield Flip
After tagging along on one of the Milwaukee REIA's Bus Tour's, Mark went door knocking around the neighborhood and found this property that was in destress. After talking to some neighbors, Mark was finally able to get in contact with the owner of the house. This flip wasn't easy... there was a lot of re-configuring to make the layout work for a newer flip in the Brookfield area. But, when all is said and done, this was a great first flip and learning experience for Mark!
Deal #2: Wauwatosa MCM Flip
This is one exciting flip! Working with a realtor connection, Mark was able to find this property before it hit the market! After discussing the dispo options with Dispo Coach Nik, the decision was made to do a full rehab, but keep the Mid-Century Modern charm this 'Tosa single family had to offer. But, this house had a fun twist... a bomb shelter!
